Eyemazing Susan is the nom de plume of Susan A. Zadeh; she founded EYEMAZING in 2003. In addition to magazine publishing, she works internationally as an independent curator, adviser and awards panelist, specializing in photography. She was originally trained as a classical dancer who enjoyed a 12-year career as a ballerina with Het Nationaal Ballet, Amsterdam. Prior to EYEMAZING Susan worked for 7 years as a photographer, and also founded and published Freeye Magazine, an International Fine Art Photography magazine. She is an avid music lover who says, “I can’t live without music. I can’t even work or function without music. If I come to the house of someone who has no music installation I know one thing for sure and that is that I won’t know him or her for very long.”
