Artist and Designer
Seth Tillet, a son of New York textile makers, has worked extensively in the avant-garde film and theater world.
He co-founded many renowned projects including Love Theatre Co. with Peter Halasz, the New Cinema with James Nares and Jim Jarmusch. In 2000, he met his wife Nicole Rauscher in Germany and started collaborating on projects including Semite! (2003) a collection of political clothing.
He also co-founded and operated AS IF Gallery in Harlem with Diego Cortez.
He and Nicole created Tillett and Rauscher Inc. (T&R), in 2006 and are now in preparation for a show titled “World of Tilletts” which is to be held at the Museum of City of New York later 2012.
