Designer
Nicole Rauscher, a German daughter of a pastry chef and a seamstress, studied art, ballet, choreography and improvisation.
She met husband Seth Tillet in 2000 in the city of Freiburg, Germany and began collaboration with him various social actions involving graphics and textiles.
After moving with Tillett to New York in 2003, Nicole apprenticed herself to the renowned textile designer Doris Tillett, learning her specialized techniques and unique approach to creating fabrics.
In 2006, she and Tillet established Tillett and Rauscher Inc. (T&R), an interior design and textile firm.
