Musician and Label Boss
Also known as Jimmy T, Thomson grew up near Washington DC, playing GWAR and SST instrumental group the Alter Natives.
In the 80’s and 90’s, he independently produced concerts for Bad Brains, Dick Dale, Marc Ribot and other groups in DC/Richmond, Virginia area.
After moving to Brooklyn, he joined CSC Funk Band and launched Electric Cowbell, a company that releases vinyl 45 records with no genre-specific agenda.
