After graduating with a B.F.A. in Creative Writing at The New School for Social Research, Jeff worked for many years in publishing as an editor for magazines such as Eastern Edge and Design for Living before he decided to focus on photography full time in 2004. His work has appeared in numerous magazines such as The Village Voice and The Hollywood Reporter as well as galleries across the globe. In 2011, Jeff was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain tumor, and he produced a multi-media body of work chronicling his battle.
